Does Untangle connect to my bank or cards?
No. Untangle never connects to a bank, card or payment provider, and never processes a payment. You record your subscriptions yourself, so nothing about your finances ever leaves your phone.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. With Untangle Premium it also syncs through your own private iCloud across your Apple devices via Apple’s CloudKit. We have no servers that hold your data, and we don’t track you.
Do I need an account?
No. Sign in with Apple is optional — the app works fully signed out. It’s used together with Untangle Premium to sync your data across your devices via private iCloud.
How do renewal reminders work?
Untangle knows each subscription’s billing date and sends a local notification a day or two before — you choose the lead time. Smart reminders and price-hike alerts are part of Untangle Premium.
Does Untangle cancel subscriptions for me?
Not automatically — you stay in control. For popular subscriptions we give you the exact cancel steps and a direct link to the provider’s billing page, so it only takes a moment.
How much does Premium cost?
Untangle Premium is $2.99/month or $24.99/year, billed through your Apple ID. The core tracker is free — up to 10 subscriptions. Cancel anytime in your App Store account: Subscriptions → Untangle → Cancel.
How do I delete my account or data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This removes your local data and your private iCloud data and signs you out. Deleting the app also removes all local data.
